Vacation - Offered
All full-time employees will receive paid vacations on the following basis:
After the first full year: 1 week (5 days)
After the third full year: 2 weeks (10 days)
After the 10th full year: 3 weeks (15 days)
Employees are encouraged to take their full vacations each year. Any unused vacation time may not be carried over to the next year.
All full-time hourly employees are eligible for two-and-one-half (2 1/2) days of personal time off with pay after one year of employment, renewing at the beginning of the year in January.
