This Time We Want to Say Thank You to Those Who Are Always Ready to Serve and Protect Us 24/7/365
Your support of our business September – November helps us show just how much we appreciate our Military and First Responders by supporting South Dakota Salutes.  Total Support: $25,000

The Mission
To demonstrate appreciation and provide support to South Dakota full-time, part-time, or volunteer members of Law Enforcement, Fire & Rescue, EMTs, active Military & Military Veterans.

Why South Dakota Salutes?
Every day thousands of South Dakota First Responders and Military Personnel stand ready to serve and protect the citizens of our state against the tragedies of the unknown. The very fabric of our society is held together by the consistent thread of safety they provide. When we need them, we know the men and women who dedicate their lives to serving and protecting, either full-time, part-time, or as volunteers, will be there for us all 24/7/365.

Loss of Life Fund
A special trust fund intended to bridge the immediate financial concerns of families of South Dakota First Responders who have died in the “line of duty.” Within three days of a line-of-duty death, a check for $10,000 “personally delivered” to benefit the family. The most recent loss of life was earlier this year.

Special Needs Fund
This fund provides “seed money” that would be used to raise matching local funds, with proceeds targeted to fund unmet needs of emergency service organizations throughout South Dakota.

South Dakota Salutes Appreciation Shooting Competition
Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is proud to sponsor this annual competition at Hunters Pointe Shooting Complex. It’s an appreciation event to say "thank you" to the First Responders and Military Personnel who serve & protect the citizens of South Dakota. Dates: September 23-24, 2024.
