
Sioux Falls Ford is always ready to break out the running shoes to help sponsor and participate in the Avera Race Against Cancer. Every Mother’s Day weekend, our community gets together for the state’s largest cancer race. It’s an extraordinary opportunity to do something for those impacted by cancer.

Join us in supporting local cancer patients and their families by registering for the annual race. With support from our community, Avera Cancer Institute continues its ongoing commitment to provide all people in our community with the most advanced technology and compassionate care available in their fight against cancer.
- Both 5K and 10K runs are certified, official chip-timed events
- Awards presented to the top three male and female finishers for both 5K and 10K runs

Complimentary shuttle bus rides will be available and are scheduled to run every 15 minutes from 6am – 10am. Final pre-race shuttle will leave at 7:15am.

Other ways to help
- Volunteer. Every year, the race hosts hundreds of participants and it couldn’t happen without volunteers!
- Be a Sideline Supporter. Race at your own pace by joining thousands of supporters moving toward their own “virtual finish line”. Choose this option and still receive an official Avera Race t-shirt and give aways.
- Become a Sponsor. Avera Race offers a variety of levels to match your business or organization’s goals and budget
