It's time for another edition of #MeetUsMonday at Sioux Falls Ford!
This week, we'd like you to meet Allison, the manager of our Business Development Center (BDC) here in Sioux Falls.

Question 1: How long have you worked here?
Allison: I'm coming up on 2 years already. I started out as the only person in our BDC, then I moved to the New Vehicles department, and now I'm back leading our team in the BDC.
Question 2: What is the BDC?
Allison: The BDC helps people find the staff and resources they're looking for at our dealership. We respond to calls and emails, and tell people about relevant promotions here at our store. Our store is fortunate to have hundreds of calls and emails every day.
Question 3: What is on your minds when you answer those calls and emails?
Allison: We're truly looking out for the best interests of our customers and we truly do care about all of them. Our BDC strives to make a positive first impression. We also direct callers to their corresponding sales managers to help them prepare for any in-store visits.
Question 4: What make Sioux Falls Ford so nice?
Allison: Our Brand Promises. I think one thing that sets us apart is that we offer the true cash value for your trade. We really do want to do business with everyone who walks through the door. It's a laid-back shopping experience. We care about the customer's experience – not only when they purchase, but for the whole life of the vehicle.
Question 5: What what do you drive?
Allison: I used to be a Dodge fan before I started working at Sioux Falls Ford, but now I drive a 2016 Ford F-150 and my husband has a 2015 Ford Mustang. We love them both!
Question 6: How do you spend your free time?
Allison: We live on our family farm near Klondike, Iowa, with our three girls (5, 3, and 1). We raise cattle, and we like to go horseback riding in our spare time.
