Today, we'd like you to meet Ray Ostrem, a Parts Specialist, on our team.

Question 1: How long have you been on the Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln team?
Ray: I have worked at Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln since Februrary 1999. I've been in the parts industry since 1968.
Question 2: What do you like about working at the dealership?
Ray: I’ve been working in the Parts Department for a long time and it is second nature to me. I enjoy working with wholesale customers the most, as I regularly work with them.
Question 3: Why is Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln such a nice place?
Ray: We have years of experience and take care of our customers. We listen, and try to get them want they want and to understand their needs. Customers have faith in us.
Question 4: How do you spend your free time?
Ray: I would like to go camping more in my spare time, but I regularly help my brother on his farm. Being out in the combine is calming.
Question 5: What do you drive and why?
Ray: I drive a Ford Ranger. I like Rangers because they are reliable, easy to care for and are very cost effective. We also have a 2014 Ford Escape in our garage that my wife loves to drive.
