Sioux Falls Ford is the First in area to Offer Re-Refined Oil!

Unless you were vacationing in Siberia during the past 3 months, you most likely saw the vast plumes of crude oil coming up from the ocean floor in the Gulf of Mexico.  Despite the efforts made by BP and the government, there is still no long-term solution in sight and there are millions of barrels of oil to clean up when the well is finally capped. 

            Luckily, there is an alternative that may refine (no pun intended) the market for automotive oil.  Sioux Falls Ford is pleased to announce that they are the only business in the local area to offer re-refined oil from Universal Eco Ultra.  Re-refined oil uses a post-consumer feedstock instead of a crude oil feedstock.  Post-consumer oil goes through a hydro treating process to create re-refined base oil.  This process is very similar to the refining process used for crude oil.  The re-refined base oil is then blended with new additives to create the ECO Ultra Oils that go in automobiles.

            ECO Ultra Oils meet and/or exceed the same quality as major brand oils.  In fact, the American Petroleum Institute (API) only licenses motor oil products that meet these standards and are identified with the API starburst and donut symbol on the bottle or package.  ECO Ultra Oils meet the latest API SM and ILSAC GF-4 specifications.  In addition, ECO Ultra 15W40 Oils exceed the latest API CJ-4 specifications. 

Rest assured, ECO Ultra Oils will not affect your vehicles warranty.  ECO Ultra Oils meet and exceed OEM service requirements specified by major equipment and engine manufacturers.  Using oil that complies with these service requirements will support the OEM warranty.  In addition, consumers can achieve the same level of performance from re-refined oil as you can from virgin crude oil.
