If you decide to sell us your car or trade it in, you will need the following:

• A driver?s license or other state issued photo ID for all persons on the title
• A copy of the vehicle registration for all persons on the title
• A valid title (if not held by a 3rd party loan provider or finance company). If you have an outstanding loan or other financing arrangement on the vehicle, Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln Mercury will provide a Secured Power of Attorney form that must be signed by all persons named on the title.
• Disclosure of any salvage history, flood damage, theft recovery or any title branding.
• All persons named on the title must be present to sign all documents
• All keys and keyless remotes.

To complete the sale, Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln Mercury will provide the following documents for your signature as necessary:

• A Vehicle Purchase Agreement, provided and completed by Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln Mercury, signed by all persons named on the title.
• An Odometer Disclosure Statement, provided by Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln Mercury, signed by all persons named on the title.
• A Damage Disclosure Statement, provided by Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln Mercury, signed by all persons named on the title.
